Experiences
We help visitors find their way from choosing a ticket to exploring the collection. Together with each museum, we design the tour and organise the services that make the visit possible.
Audio tours
Before we write an audio guide, we walk through the museum with the people who know it best. Together we choose the works, the listening stops and the voices that will tell the story. At Herculaneum, we created separate tours for adults and children, with maps and reconstructions of the ancient city.
Guided visits and OhMyGuide
OhMyGuide is D’Uva’s tour operator. We offer guided visits, audio tours and walking routes in Italy’s cities of art. In Venice, visitors can step aboard the submarine Enrico Dandolo. In Rome, a dramatised audio tour leads from the Pantheon to the Trevi Fountain.
Soundtrack Experience
We produced Antonio Fresa’s original soundtrack for the Vatican Chapels on the Venetian island of San Giorgio Maggiore. In Rome, the music from our Pantheon audio guide became a live concert beneath the dome, performed by the Orchestra of Teatro La Fenice.
Ticketing and visitor services
We manage bookings, ticket sales and front-of-house services. At the Museum of the Treasure of San Gennaro in Naples, we help visitors choose their ticket and collect their audio guide. At the MUNAV in Venice, we also organise timed visits aboard the submarine Enrico Dandolo.
Museum shops and cafés
We select books and objects that relate to each collection, design the shops and manage their teams. On the island of San Giorgio Maggiore, we created and run the San Giorgio Café, the Fondazione Giorgio Cini’s museum bistro, with a terrace overlooking the Venetian lagoon.
